Overlord Spam in brawl is sooooooo dull and every copy pasta good for nothing is doing it.

It's getting real old, Overlord, Mothership, Jumpdrive. Every ♥♥♥♥ and their dog are using it and I am not saying it's unbeatable before anyone says that but the fact you have to devote your whole game to stopping it makes brawl not worth playing now. Noticed a certain race in particular use this tactic I won't say whom or I'd be accused of racism.

I'm very happy for you when you deal with a planet of people you have to go with % most people will type their name in mech in the language of their country and it's pretty indicative on the language of choice spoken in the game or should I say region. So stop trying to be pedantic and face facts their are certain races that are prone to using meta or loop holes more than others this has been proven in studies it's almost a cultural thing. Anyway that's the beauty of life you can have your opinion and I will have mine not here to debate it with you.

Could you post a replay of one of these overlord dominant games? I play at 1000 ELO and have no problem stomping overlord jump drives into the ground simply by building a powerful central backline, but maybe I'm playing against slightly worse players. So I'd like to see an example of what you describe in action.

I'm 1400 ELO not a brag just making a point although I do understand you wasn't replying to me but overlord cheese is not an issue to beat it's an issue of being forced over and over in brawl to have to adapt using the same tactics or units making brawl very dull. I guess what I'm saying is in a game like Mech you want to try and have as much diversity as possible and ability to have fun using different tactics that isn't possible with constant overlord spam. Anyway even I'm tired of hearing myself whine about it now so I guess that's the way it is until they make some balance changes or new units.

P.S If you haven't seen it yet the worst Overlord cheese isn't about protecting your flanks or back line with Jump drive it can be you and another player that have to protect themselves and whats worse a common tactic is to then lump all those Overlords with wasp spawn into a corner and use move orders to rotate in a corner doing nothing until others have fought the AI or themselves and then swoop in.
