Challenge System

I asked myself for some time how i can create a Challenge, now I found out they are created randomly for you. I saw there was a challenge created from a Game I played in Tournament. Funny thing is that is the only Replay I saved. Weird thing about the Challenge is: You have to play the losing round from my Opponents view. In my Opinion he lost alrdy and he cant win this round in any way. If challenges gets created randomly in my name it should also be my side you have to play...
Is there a way I can create a Challenge manually. Did I oversee it? Name of the Challenge is "Thonyx Challenge #1"
