About CombatPower / MMR - is there area bias or anything?
I found out that in Area 501 (NA I believe) there is only ONE SINGLE player reached 240K CP (grand master rank). But globally there are exactly 10 players reached grand master
3 from Area 201 (China I believe)
5 from Area 301 (EU I believe)
1 from Area 401 (RU I believe)

and a game only having 10 grand master...is weird to me. I thought CP was something like a season pass or something in the beginning but it turns out to be there are just 2 MMR like score (mmr and CP).

At 200k CP i'm losing 600 CP per match and gaining only 500 CP per match. It's not fair and not fun to further playing the game considering the RNG facotor makes you almost always 50% win rate.

CP measures how much you play currently not your ability. You used to lose some CP when you lost a match, but as far as I know they eliminated completely this CP loss, so now you can only gain CP, never lose. Cp won't carry to the next season, though. MMR measures your ability, it goes up and down as you win or lose. The Grand Master title is tied to Combat Power, therefore it does not measure ability.

They did not completely remove CP lose. If you're top 200, you will lose CP when you lose. So CP is somewhat a measure of your skill once you reached top 200. The thing is that you are at a net loss even if you're 50% win rate, which is punishing and does not make sense to me.

NA, i should hit 200k tonight, 550 hours this season. it is a bit absurd how much you have to play to hit 240

GL. It's a GRINNNNNNND towards 200k already. I don't think people can can get to 240k just by playing it though, you gonna get to a win rate to 80% or something (which is extremely good).
