chat moderation

So, is it fair to assume there's literally 0 chat moderation in this game? Because there's been a guy in chat for weeks now calling people N***ers over and over and over, and I (and others) have reported him upwards of 100 times. The guy is on almost every day, has threatened multiple people in chat (and doxxed me at one point) and there's seemingly been 0 repercussions. Not really sure why this is being allowed, but I'm sure it's really helping the playerbase to want to stick around.

There is moderation, but it is pretty minimum. I did actually get to see a Mod warn another player in chat two days ago. I couldn't believe my eyes and had to do a double take. So, they do exist, but I can't imagine they can afford a large chat mod team. I wouldn't be surprised if it's a volunteer mod somehow.

Best option is block them.

Does suck people like that exist, but that's the internet.

I love the game, and if there is a chat mod application process, I would be willing to volunteer some time when I am online.

This. This is the correct answer. It's how games used to be and should always be. We don't need Big Brother, Karens, and professional hall monitors. We just decide for ourselves what we're willing to tolerate. Easy as.

You could just choose to not be intentionally awful people, thus removing the need to block anyone. But why be a decent human when you can be yourself, right?

Nothing to do with me being offended and everything to do with the fact that someone calling everyone in chat racial slurs not being a great way to get people to play the game. Hope this helps!

Yeah I just started the game and straight away there was someone saying Jews make excellent slaves in public chat. Really great first impression.
