Tower EMP in brawl ruins the fun
In the later rounds of brawl your army will split in some bizzare way (middle units go to middle of map, outside units immediately attack nearest player), most of the time you completely lose one side because your army went in the completely wrong order and while you are fighting the side you are winning on, you get emped for AGES by the tower.

This mechanic is significantly more problematic for fast armies (crawlers, steel ball, rhino, mustang, wasp) which will engage with the enemy way sooner. It is possible to try and mitigate the problem using the markers but they are so small you just mess up your army even more.

I would prefer either to remove the emp, make it MUCH shorter, or allow us to properly direct which player our army will attack first. The current cost of upgrade the tower is too much in this mode for such a small reduction in emp duration.

Can level up the towers so the emp doesn't effect you for so long. The towers are a key target bc of how dangerous it is. It's a fun mechanic that you have to learn to take advantage of and protect against.

Buy at least two beacons and move one half of your army to the opposite side.
So most of your units fight together.

That would make sense in a normal game where you are specifically able to defend. If all yours units run away how the hell you supposed to defend them.

As I said the beacon range is tiny, only covers 4 units. So basically doesn't help. Then you just get emped by the other player anyway.

I am now thinking the problem is that the units walk around the map in a circle killing all the bases rather than all going to the middle to fight (LIKE A BRAWL)

Maybe they should drop some alien motherships in the center of the map after 30s, 60s, 90s, ...
