I agree, but this should be hotfixed aka fixed immediately. This shouldn't take more than a day to do, just put in a simple delay of 2-3 mins. . .
They weren't even able to tell the price ahead of the release to the countless players asking in the forum.
But the Eye Icon i will look for - i did not notice it yet which does not mean it was not there - i simply did not look for it.
Thats a good hint!
A lot of devs don't waste their time with crybabies, spam and nonsense in the forums.
Reading over the threads, yeah.
Replying to get quoted, misunderstood and just putting yourself in a lose-lose situation. No.
Might as well shoot yourself in the foot.
And also: They are chinese. Maybe IF they interact, they interact with their chinese supporters on discord or private channels.
And small teams also just don't have the time to constantly interact.
It's futile, as most of the time they just get dragged into useless discussions with people that later spread rumors of what devs have said here and there.
As for the issue here:
I am pretty sure they are fully aware of the spectator exploit, even without replying here in the forums.
Yeah - you can't pull up this excuse when you go early access. The whole point of early access is asking people for money upfront in exchange for them being able to shape how the game will turn out due to their suggestions and feedback.
This doesn't mean a developer has to do everything every single fan wants, but communication is absolutely crucial for any early access release.
You can't ask for people's money upfront (especially for a f2p game) and then just ignore them. If you view your fans as "crybabies" that are "not worthy a response" you might want to change the industry you're working in.
^^^^^^^^^^^^
No, you might want to change the game you are playing.
They owe you nothing.
Yes they do, because I am a paying customer just like everyone else is here.
You gave them about 10 bucks, they gave you a game to play.
The rest is just about your sense of entitlement. Welcome to the real world.
No unicorns here. Just capitalism and market laws.
And if people stop playing due to issues like this then what big guy?
For the record, just so you know since you don't know how the "real world" works. When you have paying customers, you listen to their issues to improve your product/service. If many customers are having the same issue, it would behoove you to listen to them and correct the issue if you want to stay in business. Every single customer that feels disrespected and unheard will spread the message like wildfire and you will get less and less profit. That is how the real world works.
