Ice Cream Buffs: Health and Power

Is there an actual cap for both? So far I've not found it, and my stats are x2.8 for Health and x3.5 for Power.

Yes, there is. On my first ever save file I completed it (I did every challenge and I THINK I got every hat for the remix world) I got all the icecream, there is a cap for the health and strength, I don't remember what it was but I suggest you get more of the strength. HP is useful later on.

PWR Max: 4.0
