This one and the one with the car are the MOST difficult and satisfying to complete in the entire game.

This takes effort and ingame knowledge of how the destruction system works.
It's been over a year since I have done those but the Barrels need to be place exactly right I believe and you need to stand at a specific location to be able to make the shot.

The one with the car i did for like 18 seconds on the second try, but those barrels are really hard to be set because of the landscape, so i have got no idea

What I did was i meleed the first building you spawn by and made sure the chain inside the building would collapse it and you will nearly die if you do it wrong. Like you have to just be close enough to the first tank on the left and hit it and then I built a chain in the other building and shot it and blew it up. Doing this i was still cutting the time close.
