In terms of game mechanics you cannot unless it was modded.
Have a file saved right after you liberated Eos, but with only the final mission on Mount Vogel remaining. Every sector will no EDF at all.
EDF on Mars, & murdered like every single one of them...
The EDF will still continue to hunt you down, but at this point,
there will be a very, very minimal amount of them left, & with your Weapons,
they should be easy pickings...
But unless it's like the PS3 Edition, I am not really sure if you can really
100% the Destruction of EDF Properties, as on the PS3 it was impossible,
due to some Properties kept coming back after you've destroyed them,
I am of course referring to the ones left at the End of the Game, that is...
So if you have a 100% EDF Property Destruction Achievement in this Game,
there is a chance that you cannot get the Achievement... But since this is
the Enhanced or Re-Mars-tered Edition, there is a chance you may be able to get it...
