Mariner Valley Headache
I have one last Demolition challenge to complete. I just cannot repeat what this person manages in their video. I always ragdoll alongside the vehicle. Anyone have success with this? Any tips appreciated.

He places the charge wrong, Place it on the back and jump out while there is still ground beneath your feet. Detonate the charge midair to give the vehicle a boost and then everything goes pretty much by itself from there.

there's definitely some change to the worse in the remaster with character ragdolling. in the original steam version you could bail out from cars without going into ragdoll mode.
my advice is jump out earlier than in the video and as the previous post suggests - place charge right on the back of the vehicle.

Ok well I just fluked it basically seeing as nothing else was working at all. If I exited the vehicle to make sure I landed on the ground, there was not enough momentum to carry the vehicle far enough, even with the extra propulsion after detonating the charge on the back. If I exited the vehicle too late, the vehicle would somehow drag me along with it and often even ragdolling into the building itself lol. There is a comment on the video which I thought I'd at least try, and it worked. The comment is :

"If anyone still has trouble on this, place your overall difficulty to "casual" in the game options. Afterwards, place the remote charge on the vehicle and proceed to go off the ramp. Stay in the vehicle and once you hit the building, jump out and detonate the remote charge. You should be standing on where you landed with the building blowing up in time before the "leaving time zone limit" expires. Hope this helps."

So I tried it and it worked first time. A bad way to go about it I guess. I'm going to mess around with it still to see if I can actually pull off how it is supposed to be done. Thanks for the replies.
