The other thing is you probably take to much time doing whatever else you are doing in that mission.
Your supposed to protect the vehicle from harm while destroying buildings.
EDF is trying to stop you which includes driving right infornt of the vehicle so Jenkins has no other choice but to ram them, Thats were you come in as player and take the EDF out BEFORE they get close to the vehicle.
You can destroy buildings on the side, Protecting the vehicle should be TOP priority.
The AI pathing is just broken, And the random invisable wall bumps in the road aren't exactly helpful either.
But the games code is a mess. The fact that they ADDED content and kept the game in a working state by any stretch of the imagination is beyond amazing.
They have done a wonderful job so far in patching out issues and adding new and removed content.
Maybe they will fix the AI maybe they won't.
Just look at it this way the game is already better and more fun then the classic version is.
It happened twice in a row on the same Courier mission so I just stopped trying to trigger it. It was the last mission I needed because it was bugged in the original version and would never show up but I figured it would be fixed now and while that's partially true it's also pretty broken still for a completely different reason and now I can't even get it to show up, hope it's just my RNG luck and not borked again.
