Does it exist? Is it possible to create? That would be a lot of fun with a friend :theskull:

There was some kind of survival/horde-mode mod I remember a long time ago on an obscure modding wiki, with a custom map kind of like wrecking mode with AI enabled, but it was single-player only. If anyone can find it and enable AI in MP, it would be fantastic.

It's not going to happen. Lived with the code of the game for one and a half year, don't waste your wishes on this.

How is it with the damage on NPCs? Does the engine allow tracking (hands, feet, lower leg, upper leg, etc.) on hit?
Would it be possible to make a mod which makes enemies move slower when hit in the leg or shoot less precisely when hit in the arm?

If you shoot someone you should be able to see there are blood decals where you shot at. You would have to change the code however and to quite some extent I guess.

For hit location? Mod wise, we'd need access to original variables (Some people have figured a few out, but they mostly use it on stupid stuff like trainers) and to make our own modding extension to pull the data from hit location or impact to make those changes. RFG doesn't have the same community as skyrim. They got SKSE rebuilt on x64 for SE within a month or two with their dedicaded team.

Civilians have wounded animation sets triggered after 25 health is taken, but it's hardcoded for Civilians only. Hit location is definitely tracked, too.

We'd need original variables and some network kings to make coop possible.
Player atlas centric games tend to be awful for creating Multiplayer after the fact, let alone as a mod without access to the original code.

This game has fully separate setups and *a lot* of separate code between single and multiplayer. Just take my word -> nope.
