Report a translation problem
If when starting a game - set texture res to lowest possible. If it works, try to increase step by step.
If on bootup - try to upgrade your graphics card drivers (or to use a known stable version instead of latest). If that doesn't help, try what happens if you set your desktop res to something small.
I am sorry to say the game needs a lot of VRAM and a driver that properly handles it. We have seen reports from people with Intel HD 620 (which is the graphics built into Intel CPUs) that can't run the game.
