Changelog

- Fixed crash in rendering code (mainly when causing bigger explosions)
- Fixed: Refresh rate should be correctly shown in options menu
- Fixed: cheats should correctly be unlocked
- Game can now run faster than ~120 fps, depending on hardware
- Overlapped kill messages fixed
- MP teleporting should at least be greatly reduced
- Button prompts had broken trailing characters in some languages

Please note that we have seen like 20 different categories of crashes in the crash database. The fix should fix two of these.
However, some crashes are related to incomplete installs, a couple are related to bad third party applications (like Sonic Studio 2), some to bad graphics card drivers.

Yet, more crash reasons to find and solve.

I would just like to say thank you to the game dev, it's amazing that not only did you support the original release of the game after all these years, but also released a remaster, and gave that to everyone that owned the original game.

If you ever end up releasing another Red Faction, I am very likely to purchase it.

Just crashed when destroying a building.

Specifically when I blew up one of the reactors in the Free Fire Zone Artillery Base.
