Tried that already, along with the Windowed Mode as well as going through the compatibility modes for Windows 7 etc. No dice.
Another rushed release I guess.
Like I said above, yet another rushed release. Surely they must've known it was causing crashes prior to release, no? Oh, who am I kidding, they probably weren't testing it at all.
My drivers are up to date and I went trough verifying files as well. Rushed release.
I fully understand that as I've read the post in the bugs thread, but in all honesty it sounded like a joke from their side. We need to wait a couple of days as they only have 2 people dealing with the rendering and both of them are on holidays at the same time. What a joke.
Honestly, nobody from their team tried to play it for at least 30 minutes to confirm that it has no crashing issues prior to releasing it? It sure doesn't seem that way.
If not: Not everybody experienced the problems you did, maybe not even the majority. Chances are that the testers didn't.
All I can say is give it a few days to a few weeks and they'll patch it. Just seems like more and more and more games are having horrible launched more often than not =/.
Though I must say, what I've been able to play is super great. Wish there destruction physics like this in more games.
