Changing player model

Hey, is there any mod to change the character model in the campaign? For example, an EDF soldier?

Sorry for posting so late but I've been looking for a method to do this for probably over 5 years and I've found nothing. If you do happen to find a way to do it please let me know.

that hot seat and multiplayer gamemode has a character select and the bonus campain has a different character. though i dont know how you would use those for the main campain

I just spent a while trying to make a mod to do it myself but I was unable to make any progress, any change would just lead to a crash. I did, however, find two mods that you might be able to use as resources if you wanted to try making it yourself. The first is this: https://www.nexusmods.com/redfactionguerilla/mods/41. I know it seems kinda weird but according to the description it's the first model mod ever created so it should be useful. The second is https://www.nexusmods.com/redfactionguerilla/mods/29?tab=description.

I tried reverse engineering them but I couldn't get anywhere. Good luck if anyone else wants to try though.

I know that, what I still don't know is why. Do you think that women can't do the things done in games, and so then exercise the fantasy of them doing said things in games? Even if that's so it still doesn't explain why you don't want to play as a man, so I ask again why do you avoid playing games if you can't play as a woman?
