i getting a white screen on starting a new game i see trees but nothing else i here nature noises to but cant see a thing

i did the report ingame said #2431 was reported successfully

update my graphics drivers are checked and up to date checked the game also on my laptop seems to work fine on that so will play it on that if the issue can not be fixed i dont get it tho coz my comp is a bloody expensive gaming computer where the laptop is not go figure i guess have sent the report in anyways

Your graphics driver version is 369.26 that is a very old version and probably the cause of this issue. If you have updated the drivers after sending the report please CTRL+R again.

so how do i change that coz when i checked for updates it says i have the latest for my computer

You can try to install the latest driver from nvidia.com for your 1060 graphics card or contact with ACER for support.

yh i figured it out but my internet playing up with speed and is failing download at mo so will try again later or tomorrow will let you know when sorted that and tried game again thanks
