I looked and I couldn't see any obvious roadmaps or previews of what is coming. A lot of games give at least basic hints at upcoming content in Steam news articles, which can really help reassure players that the game has a lot more to come.
Devs sometimes stuck in the damned if you do and damned if you don't paradox. Imho just knowing they are working on the game is good. Seen so many games that posted roadmaps that didn't really materialize, or did but not as players expected and creators at times ended up get a lot of heat for it.
