Report: #2913 Dried Meat Rotting on the Driers

Meat rots on the driers and nobody is picking them down or adding new ones. Having a rot circle halfway around means the meat is rotting on the drier. My usual work-around is no longer working as the rot-circle is new for me and hence the conditions have changed..
