Support for Portrait Mode?

I know the vertical orientation of a monitor is not very common on PC, but I can rotate my monitor and would love to play this game like it is meant to be for a vertical shooter.

Not gonna happen. Sorry. Like the devs said earlier this year on the Greenlight thread, there are not nearly enough people to make the extra work (which would be a lot) to be worth it, into turning it into a portrait mode shooter. Not to mention the leaderboards, the widescreen players would have a certain advantage over portrait, so what then? Do you split the leaderboards up? That means splitting players further which in turn won't help with the games survivability and replayability. :D
