It's a matter of law. You have to pay for a PEGI rating and the PEGI Group don't take to kindly to people using their logos and rating system without their permission. Usually ends in a lawsuit and game missing from all sales platforms... but it is fun to watch the developer try to think of excuses.

Nope, just an actual game developer who has gone through the Pegi, ESRB and URS systems and has seen what happens when a large company try to sneak anything past any rating group.

It doesn't matter what the game has, you have to contact and pay PEGI for the rating. You LEGALLY CANNOT use the rating without being an officially PEGI rated game or PEGI will sue you. Its simple.

It would be like borrowing someone you didn't know's car without asking, as far as that person is concerned you have stolen it. So until you pay PEGI and get an official rating you cannot display a false rating.

Fair enough . It may cost more than the game sales alone just for the pegi rating . Just erase the rating then .
