Mounts
Hello. Can mounts be dropped, in dungeons, raids etc?

From what I have seen so far, it seems like they're only going to be craftable with a time-gated resource of "Mount Guts" found in weekly event rewards, potentially showing up in bounties (in quantities of 2/4/6), and on Day 3 of the new login rewards cycle (where you earn 5 upon logging in).
