Changelog -
v0.1: MRVA, funnels, 18L and 18R ils-z, real airlines.
v1.0: Working STARs, SID implementation, MRVA implementation, funnel fix to 8nm, fixes to arriving tfc.

I made longer transitions for the map. Extend the radius of control to 80 nm or more if possible then paste the following to the bottom of the file
