What region do I go to Kill The Khasalee

I'm achievement hunting and I'm trying to get one of the last "exceptional humans" achievement, which for me is "Mother of Dragons".
Basically I'm asking what region do I go to to find her and kill her. I've played through the game like three times now and still haven't gotten her

its russia. All of them are in russia except for the myth busters

I actually had all three of the game of thrones spoof characters be in the same level (seemed to be random russia encounter, since it was on my 2-3rd playthrough and I had attacked russia in all of them).

Idk if it's like that by default, but if you see one of them then maybe you can look at the level a bit to see if they are around just in case? Didn't seem to have notably different stats from normal humans, so can probably just kill with a grenade or well placed zombie if you do see them.

it took forever but ya i think it is random spawns depending on whatever part of the map i chose but i finally got them all, thanks for responding.
