Unlocking Demogrogo?

Almost finished my second playthrough, and I still can't figure out where to unlock this special. I'm leaving America alive for now, but I don't know the location that's supposed to be destroyed for the unlock.

I was in the same situation than you and I ended up watching some Twitch Playthroughs to see if I could find the answer, and I did ! The "City with Thinger Strangs Kids" seems to be any city located in Japan region with a specific layout (A kind of lab/classroom).

Enjoy Demogrogo, he's one hell of a zombie, moving faster than anything, teleporting all around the map even through closed doors, with a very powerful melee attack.

Demogorgo is the reward for erasing SHANGHAI which is quiete on the other side of th world map (lower left area) compared to Japan (upper right)


I don´t like him so much... when he dies he apears again for short and leaves random poision. Almost same (but worse) stats than the Vampire unique zombie whichs healing ability is OP.

I recently found out that if you click on China, and Shanghai isn't the city being attacked, you can right click to leave the area, then click on it again and it'll spawn a different city. I did this until Shanghai appeared and I got my Demogorgo

Demogorgo is by wiping an asian school with perfect. This asian school is large size that can appear in any Asia countries.

This guy is difficult to get. I'm on my 3rd playthrough and have destroyed Shanghai and Asia 3 times to no avail. Maybe my next one will be the time I get him.

Well , to clarify a few things written here .....
I just got it , by destroying Tokyo (not the smallest map and not the largest either) , and it was NOT a lab .
I can´t say what I did the first time , because I simply don´t remember .
But if I get it somewhere else , I will post it .

Just got it with a really easy trick (but a little cheated) :
- Go to Japan (it worked for me but maybe other countries work too)
- Perform 3 perfect missions to have the rank 6/8
- Then the next mission should be on a large map
- Identify the dranger strengs kids map, it's a yellow classroom, you could see an example on https://youtu.be/DbVmQMfyLZM?t=947
- If the map is not the good one, just shut down (Alt+F4 or apple+Q) and restart your game (the save will not be corrupted)
- On the good map, be sur to kill every human

That zombie is honestly pretty frustrating... I got it on my first run but not in any run since, despite getting perfect in all the asia levels from the second game onwards.
Kind of frustrating that it seems to be the only zombie unit that actually requires luck to get since you can eventually get everything else so long as you don't game over (and maybe be mindful of what you do with your dna points).
