How do you actuallly destroy labs?

This game was fun at first, but is now incredibly annoying. I can't destroy any labs...i stayed in the same area, fought a boss..and lab still is producing research..what in the actual F#$%!

i have lost the game twice now, trying different things to actually destroy a lab. i must be missing something...otherwise there is literally no way to beat this game....

please tell me how to kill labs...(i have 3 in my new game and cure is at 75 percent). no idea what i am supposed to do....

There's an infection meter in every place you attack. Once the meter is full you'll need to do one more battle to destroy the country. After wich it will be nuked destroying the lab.
