Are biomes broken?

I got this game yesterday and at first everything went great. But when I set up the enclosure for the third species (Torvosaurus tanneri), all the enclosures reset to the original biome of the map, which is scrubland. I can't change this back to what the enclosures were before and the animals aren't happy. And besides that, the Torvosaurs are complaining that there is too much water even though their enclosure doesn't have any. How can I fix this? Or do I have to restart?

for the water thing, its possible there is water, but you have the terrain level higher than the water level, which hides it. just use the "remove water" tool and paint it all over the enclosure to get rid of potential water.
