Report a translation problem
This has just happened to me to with update seven and that there is a blog post that probably explains it as part of the update to power:
I added a diesel generator and that worked. I guess we are going to need batteries as our back-up supply if we wish to continue to go down the green route. Just like real life and there I was happily suspending reality!

I do recall, i tried all the power buildings i could find, though. It was a sunny day in the game, and all the buildings seemed to act like everything wasn't connected, rather than just no power. I can try this out though, if either the generator is new, or am told where to find it. :)
