Keepers not refilling Fruit Feeders and Fruit Ice Blocks

In both challenge mode and sandbox mode, my keepers have not been refilling the fruit blocks and fruit feeders for my animals.

I had all infrastructure in place for them to work but for some reason they would keep ignoring the fruit related stuff. I had plant, meat, and insect feeders all being refilled normally.

Is this a bug that anyone else has run into?
