Does anyone else have the same problem?
I really like the idea of a more realistic version of a dinosaur zoo, but I feel like this game brought one of the things that annoys me the most about Planet Zoo, which is the building, and made it worse.
I know some are more into making their own buidings from scratch, but for me it's just too overwelming, especially when there isn't an actual way to connect them with paths or fences. I much prefer how this is handled in Jurassic World Evolution.

Personally I find the building better and easier in this game than Planet Zoo, but that's my own take on it. It's all based on preference.

And if building stuff yourself is not your thing, there's always the workshop. There are some really great modular buildings available there. Add them to your game and plop them down ala JWE. No building required.

I know about the workshop, but it's really more that they don't connect to paths or fences that bothers me.
I like to be very precise, so I don't like to eyeball everything.

It really do be just preference, this might not be your kind of game. My advice is to just let go of your desire for precision. The overall picture, the coherence between elements is far more important than exact placement for aesthetics.

The game needs more content, especially underwater animals, as well as Paleozoic animals.
The game could also use more plants and trees, as well as rocks and decorations. Some examples of that could be exotic plants such as Baobab and Stone Pines. Reefs would also be good for an underwater theme. Update 10 is bringing a Canada themed map, but the game could really use a beach map that starts out with a lot of water. I wonder if any of this will ever happen. I hope so.
