Dinos walking through habitat markers

In my last saved parks this wasn't an issue, the invisible markers would keep the critters from leaving the exhibits without a visible fence in the way. I had a few exhibits that were "blocked" by rocks/logs using the invisible fences to create the illusion those were keeping the dinos back, but since this update all animals can just walk straight through the markers.

Was this supposed to happen, or is this feature just broken? Before I could make walk through safari enclosures knowing nothing could escape and now the animals just run wild in the park... Has this affected anybody else's game or just me?

Invisible markers don't block animals and they never have. They're purely to designate exhibits with for the game's systems, you need something physical to provide the barrier.

There was a glitch where dinos couldn't cross the invisible fences. It was never intended to be like that, the invisible fences exist so that the game can recognize it when you make an enclosure with custom fences or rocks.

aw damn, I hoped it was intended to work like an invisible barrier :/ that's a shame since a lot of my exhibits have to be completely reworked now,,, ty for the comment!

shame :T I'd had a dryo enclosure with high rocks and a deep river to block them in using the markers but they keep climbing out even with something physical there
