on the top-left corner of that menu, there are two buttons - a checkmark, which opens the list of base-game prefabs, and the steam logo, which opens the list of workshop prefabs.
the list of base-game prefabs is what the menu will default to when first opened.
prefabs (both official and from the workshop) will also sometimes show up in other building menus, depending on what they were tagged as when uploaded, but this is the way to get all of them in the same place.
Interesting, as this is what I did, but id estimate a good 3/4ths of what iv downloaded isnt there. Well thanks for the help.
a) Verify your game files.
Exit steam and restart
b) Subscribe and unsubscribe to a random mod.
Exit steam and restart
c) Go to the folder where your game mod files are located and see how many folders you have. Check how many mods you have and then compare if they are the same.
Restart your computer. Do NOT reboot. Shut it down completely and THEN turn it back on.
If you are missing mods as verified by checking the right folder, then make a backup of the mods you DO have and then delete the whole thing. Check how much space it takes and then get steam to re-download your mods and verify if it is the same amount of space it takes in.
If it is the same, then the problem isn't fixed, but if the amount is LARGER than start the game and see if that fixes it.
Let me know if that did anything to help.
P.s
Don't own the game, but these are suggestions that should work for any game.
