There are indeed some dinoweirdos on this forum, but most of them are harmless most of the time...

One new animal was confirmed for this game which can be seen in the above trailer, namely the one and only "urvogel" that confirmed Darwin's proof about evolution:
- Archaeopteryx lithographica
- Torvosaurus tanneri (North American species with spikes on the back)
- Torvosaurus gurneyi (Portugal species without the spikes)
It was something someone mentioned and was apparantly also mentioned on the discord server (can't confirm this though). But I have seen an image of a "spikeless" variant which is the supposed variant species.
If anyone can confirm this, much appreciated. I'll look into as well to see if I can find some confirmation on this.
Edit: Torvosaurus gurneyi confirmed. I found the picture and several Youtubers also confirmed this in their videos. So yeah, two species of Torvo.
Much appreciated and thanks.
Thanks for the award.
Great. Now I have to buy a kitten and show it a rainbow. ; )
You got an award from me, too
Does anyone know if there are going to be more mammals?
Actually they are one of the major selling points of PK for me.
Thank you.
I do hope they will add many more mammals. That's something that will differentiate them from JWE. How about an South American Mega Fauna pack, or an Australian Fauna pack.
And don't forget all the wonderful animals that lived before the dinosaurs. The options are endless and would give this game longevity and an edge on the competition.
I know this is fairly unrelated to this topic, and these games are really not canon, but the 2 JW mobile games have a lot of mammals and other creatures from those time periods. Would love to see some of those make it into other non mobile JW stuff.
We both know that's unlikely to ever happen for JWE2, simply because it's not movie canon (and welll... Universal (if it was up to them they would copyright dinosaurs)). The only way prehistoric mammals will be added to that game will be by unofficial mods.
That's why the developers should use this fact to their advantage and give the players something that JWE can't provide; more non dinosaurian prehistoric animals.
Psittacosaurus sp.
We welcome our cute little dinosaur overlord of displaced bowelmovements.
