Training tips before match

training my wrestler is for me impossible. I can reach sometimes level 1 but no more, even tapping very fast. Any suggestion?

I'm not 100 procent you can do it in the 3d version but the game should give you the option when you go to train

yeah but it's random so sometimes you could reach level 3 and sometimes you can't even reach level 1
