2. Getting a contract with a wrestling company, NOT wrestling school, will get you money upon winning
You use the arrow keys. You do left and right and left and right when you use interactive training. It's easy to do on PC, I can make it to Level 3 training pretty easily.
I use an xbox 360 controller....
The heck? 360? Well ♥♥♥♥ I dunno. Move one of the joysticks left and right then. And maybe be more specific about your situation next time.
Also the manager is also why you're losing money. You can't yet fire him, though, I don't think. That opportunity has to come to you, in the form of the manager asking for quits, walking out on you when you lose, or getting signed to another company.
You have a higher chance to score a pin when:
the opponent is at low health
you make a cover right after hitting a move; the longer you wait the higher chance the opponent will kick out
hitting a big move; a piledriver has a better chance of getting a pin than a snapmare for instance. Hitting your finisher gives you the best chance (whatever it happens to be), although sometimes people will kick out of your finisher, and there's nothing you can do about it. Having a finisher that puts you close to your oppenent after executing it helps. Jackhammer and SCF are good for this.
Just mash buttons for training. There's also an automatic mode that just gives you a random level 0-3 if you don't feel like wrecking your controller.
Health "cover" lets you get paid even when you are injured. Sometimes the booker will offer you to have surgery if you are injured, which recovers some stat points and decreases your recovery time. This is free if you have health coverage, but you have to pay if you don't. You will get injured from time to time, so this is nice to have.
Guaranteed payments means you get paid win lose or draw. If you don't have this you only get paid if you win your match. This is nice if you're having trouble winning matches. Otherwise, it's not that important.
Creative means that you get to pick your appearance, gimmick, entrance music, moveset, etc. and you can book your own matches if you want. If you don't have this you can sometimes get stuck with a crappy moveset, with a crappy tag partner or in a crappy lower card feud. In my opinion, this is the most important of the 3.
Don't worry too much about being low money. Money isn't that important. I think you can even go into negative, without any negative effects (not sure about this one though). Keep winning matches to get your popularity up, and you will get better contract offers. You will probably get an offer to jump to another company before your current contract is up, so don't worry too much about the long contract.
