Sound options?

Is there any way to turn down or turn off the game sound? I want to be able to listen to things in the background while I play, but I can only find an option to turn down the menu music.


Also, how do you turn on windowed mode for Mac? I've tried ctrl+w, cmd+w, alt+cmd+w, etc, but nothing works
