Report a translation problem
-Use a "Screen Share" layer.
-Change the screen share window to be stream avatars
-Set the border opacity to 0
and keep stream avatars on the top most layer of the scene.

If it still doesn't work for you, make sure to read the last section "Trouble shooting"
because if transparency doesn't work there's a workaround.
Please note that twitch studio being unable to capture stream avatar's transparency is between their software, your graphics card, and windows/mac OS. there's nothing I could change to make that work properly for you.
