I need help to make commands

Hello everyone, I wanted to know, how do I make a command to: the person who redeems on twitch, animates the avatar in the stream avatars program.

Example: Person retrieves "Jump" on the twitch, and when doing so, the avatar performs the "jump" animation. I'm trying to do this with custom commands but when redeeming on twitch, it executes the animation only on my main avatar and not the person who rescued it.

I see this video, but dont work to viewers in the twitch. When redeeming the reward only move my avatar and not the person's. How do I get the person's chosen to move.
