How can viewers change their avatar ?

So i'm pretty new to this and checked some youtube tuts ( I took a pokemon avatar pack ).

When I tried it out yesterday while streaming, everyone got a random "Pokémon".
This is ok because I know people need to change it.

BUT here comes the problem: People ask me how to change their avatar. So I send them to my twitch stream avatar panel but they say they can't change it.
It showed 2 buttons saying "... waiting for your avatar... & ...Installing avatars..."

Did I forgot something or ?

Yesterday server was having issues.

Extension Troubleshooting:

-App extension must be Enabled in General >
-Under Bot Commands > Avatar Select, Gear Selection, Color Selection, Shop commands must be enabled

-viewer of the extension panel must have their COMPUTER clock set to automatically get time.

Oh ok ! Then it’s probably the server issue.
Because i did everything u said but the avatar panel did not react ! Thanks ^^

Too bad a solution was not given, it's still an issue after all this time for some.

All the online pages and videos are about how to set it up, but not hot to use it as the viewer.
