Avatars disappearing mid-stream

Hi, I recently tested this out with my viewers on my stream and it's amazing! We absolutely love it. The only issue is that avatars started to disappear as the stream went on.

I'd just like to report this. We tested it multiple times to see what the cause was and we still aren't sure. Viewers had their avatars disappear even while actively chatting. I had the user limitation setting set to "followers only" but no requirement for them to be active in chat and yet avatars disappeared anyway.

I'll be testing it out more over the coming days to see if this persists.

Just as additional info, this also happened to me, same settings (only followers, no need to be active). The workaround was to disconnect and reconnect the streamavatars and it worked again

Yeah it's a temporary fix but it will still happen again over time. Unfortunately, I still don't know what's causing it. Wondering if maybe the avatars are culled if I'm running a particularly intensive game since it seemed to happen more while playing Dark & Light but less so while playing Warframe.

Again, not sure if this is even the cause of it but just speculating.

Hey I hope i fixed this on the beta branch, i was testing for this issue extensively last night and I couldnt see any issues. It could have been twitch lagging at that moment or maybe I changed something to actually fix this.
I'm not sure when i'll update the main version to the beta-- might be later today.

I used Stream Avatars for the first time in my stream this evening and was experiencing the same problem. All I could do was disconnect and reconnect several times though out the stream. Any idea when or if this can be fixed permanently?

Are you able to run commands when this happens? like !extension
if the bot doesn't respond to commands that normally work, it means it got disconnected from IRC.
There should be some logging in your errorlog.txt file in the data folder with all your other avatar data.
