Transparency in OBS

I just encountered a problem. Is there any way to make background transparent on OBS? I can enable chromakey for webcamera, but not for application. Any way to show avatars and game like on screenshot in store?

If you're using OBS Studio, when you do the Game Capture after selecting the window for Stream Avatars there should be a littl tickbox that says "Allow Transparency". When I have that ticked it works to cut the grey background out. Then in your preview window hold down ALT and drag the box to do a Crop to edit out the top portion of the window.

If you are using OBS, make sure you are using OBS STUDIO version. then add a game capture, right click properties, and the option should be there.

My version of OBS doesn't have a transparency option.. I guess I can't buy this game to use then? (I use an old, old version.. if it ain't broke, don't fix it!)

make sure you're looking at the "Game Capture", not the "Window Capture".
OBS updates could help performance and give more features though...
