How to start over (Delete save files)?

Well.. I kinda managed to corrupt my save file and thus wanted to delete it.
Problem is that I can't find the main data anywhere.
I tried reinstalling the game but it just started with my old data again, so can anyone here please tell me where I can find the save files?

Option - Deletion Utility
there you have to go through it until you find it.

you start steam offline start your new save file there once you launch the game everything set exit the game and turn back steam online it will prompt you to upload your local data to steam cloud or use cloud instead so just upload local data should fix the corrupted data

thats the only way to start over with new savefile...
