How do you make custom images in this game?

I've been away from wwe games for awhile now,i remember 1 of the smackdowns had a paint tool that let you make your own logos but this game doesn't seem to have that so i guess you just make your logos in paint shop on windows and get them in the game somehow?

Instead of a paint tool, the recent games allow you to upload your own images that you either make or find somewhere. If you go into Community Creations > Image Manager, you can bring up the simple instructions on how to do so.
