Raw 2000 Arena CC?

Hi, this is a request, could anyone make the Raw is War 2000 arena for Community Creations? I love that arena, and on consoles they had fantastic versions of it. But I've never seen it on pc. That's the era I remember most fondly in wrestling, and would love to have it in my Universe. A million thanks if anyone can create and upload it! :)
