I have this game on ps4 but I wanted to use steam to ask are there managers in my career? and if so how do you get one?

yeat there are mangers . You can unlock them by achieving high levels in company man in MyPlayer .

I'm level 4 Company Man and yes you get female managers. You have to be higher level to get any manager though.

I have the perk unlocked but don't know how to hire them. It doesn't come up in conversations.

Go to the menu while backstage, press the button for sub menu (Y on Xbox controller), press manager and then just select who you want
