How many heroes can move during the hero phase?

I've played a few of the board games years ago so I'm a little foggy on the rules but I seem to remember if you were playing with multiple heroes they ALL get to move during the hero phase. Playing the digital version it only allows me to move one hero during the hero phase. Is this right? I've tried pressing every icon on the screen to activate the other hero but nothing doing. All I select is "end phase" after one hero moves.
