One is solved by looking at the three pictures above and to the right and left of the chests beyond the brambles, and then standing on whichever of the 4 tiles from in front of the brambles which match what it would look like if you combined all 3 of those images. If one of your characters stands on one of the wrong tiles before you stand on the right one, it will lock and you won't be able to complete it, so pick the right one.
The second puzzle type has pictures showing a 4x4 grid with O's on it. The Red O represents the statue head that is just outside of the puzzle, the White O's represents positions where your characters must stand. Make sure you use the Red O in the images and the statue to properly orient how you have to place your characters.
Again, there can be up to 3 images, above, and to the right and left of the chests...you again have to combine these, and then have your characters stand on the correct tiles to remove the brambles. They all have to be activated at the same time and you will always need to use every single character you have brought to complete it, so if you brought a party of 5, all 5 will need to stand on a tile.
For both, you need to rotate the camera to make sure you are looking at and combining all 3 of the images.
The mixed picture one is a lot more tricky, as it can be super hard to tell the difference at times. And you only get one chance to pick the right option.
There is more than one picture, each with white circles. Rotate your camera and look at all of them.
