how to get any weapon, my character vet.2 but the weapon is still lvl 1, how easy to get any weapon.

Crescemento are still fine on veteran to expert. Then you can start using constellation and evil series.
Keep progressing with scenario quests and don't alter your team to reach expert faster.

Some quest and family lvl up boxes can give you experimental weapons summon stones too. Those are pretty good early on, but last only 30 days.

Talk to Gren in first city, he is near face change soldier. Might have few quests for you based on how far into scenario quests you got. Some of the early scenario quests have achivement box reward too. Might get lucky with rare char and those come with experimental items.

Crescemento is newbie weapons, they grow with your characters up to Veteran. Enhance it to +6, enchant with a couple of chips - and you`re good to go. Due to better chipping (enchantment) its kinda good until the end of Viron questline (Judgement Day or End of Montoro).
Usually experienced players use Crescemento until then, switch to temporary Experimental weapons later (you get it tickets for that from Master Guardian quests, and iirc- from family level boxes). It`s hella powerful compared to Crescemento (35 AR vs 32, better base ATK and +100% all racial chip instead of semi-maxed atk+aspd). But it`s temporary, so you gotta craft a better weapon until that one turns to dust. Usually that`s either Valeron or Armonia , AA if you REALLY know what you`re doing. Valeron self-cost is ~400-500m per weapon, which can be earned with Experimental and daily BH+ Castilla runs. It`ll take like a 1,5 week per weapon with ~1 hour gameplay per day. If you `re questing in parallel- it would not be a problem at all.

With armors, your preferred order is Crescemento => +5+ 3 Elite Le Noir (you`ll get it from Gren, only need to make it +5 and get +3 DR chip) => +6 +3 GC => SDB. +6+3 GC is actually enough to tank majority of daily content for a newbie (BH, Cast, Luci. Maybe even hard Cast with proper chars and stances).

Accessoires - just run Infinito from Bounty Hunters daily , unitl you start dying there. If you start dying - just drop its levels with shiny xtals by 5 and run it on the same level. Collect Desapio tokens as much as possible, and craft Desapio accs. Chip it for a desired stats for your main teams - and you`re good to go until you have money for something way more powerful.

Desapio + +6+3 GC + +5 Valeron weap with maxed ATK chip and 2-3 socketed spods is enough to run BH+Cast+Luci+Cast Hard with something like Ion (or AE Warlock)+ Cath Int + Anis. Not OP ,but serves you right.
