What the chars best in pve now(include quest chars)?

If you mean the best lineup for any PVE related things (raids, boss hunting, missions, quests), there are many potential characters depending on the situation. The ideal team for now are: Chungha (x2) + Buffer or Chungha/Scavenger Yeganeh + C. Romina + Med.Berthe/Anis (Physical DPS team) and then, for magic: Sariel (x2) + Canna/Cano (the kid).

Those are the META lineup in PVE. As for those quest characters, I am not certain which ones is best for PVE team. However, there are some recruitables that are really good especially in PVE such as: Ion, Aileen, Sariel, Lynn, Cano (buffer), Anis (w/ Placidez) and Sirius (tanker).
