Cano's Recruitment Quest Bugged

The combat instance part of Cano's quest that requires 30 pc of Essence to start is bugged. Blank white screen and only deal 1 dmg to her.

First attempt: Used 30 pc of Essence, but did not trigger the warp to combat instance

Second attempt: Used another 30pc of Essence and finally got in. Blank screen with only my 3 MCC and a tiny Cano in the white screen. Timer ran out without dealing much dmg

Third attempt: Same thing happened as above

Submitted a ticket. Got a reply that the developer is informed and acknowledged there is an issue, and asked me to just wait for their further notice.

Next moment..TICKET IS CLOSED. No explanation. No reimbursement. NOTHING.


IMC..if you are ever reading this. Whats the point of raising a ticket when no help is offered and you simply close the ticket?

Did you read the mechanics when you were doing the instance missions?

If I recall, the 1st instance should be defeating Cano.
2nd until 4th is to stay alive.
The 4th one is the one with Black screen and you need to go to the shining areas to get the Invulnerability buff and not die from her spells.

Yes..the first one is supposed to defeat her..but I deal only 1 dmg every hit..

I can't even clear the first instance..

and the game consumed a lot of my Essence to trigger just one instance

The main issue I am talking about it not about how to clear the instance..

What I am talking is the instance is supposed to consume 30 Essence to trigger. However after it consumed 30, the instance did not trigger. Then it consumed another 30 before the instance is triggered.

In total it consumed 60 Essence before the mission instance is triggered
